Welcome to TruvoCloud. This website is operated by TruvoCloud. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to TruvoCloud. By accessing or purchasing from www.truvocloud.com, you ("you", "user", or "client") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"), including any additional terms and policies referenced or linked here. These Terms apply to all site users, including browsers, customers, merchants, vendors, and content contributors. If you do not agree to all these Terms, you must not use our services or website.

Any updates, enhancements, or new tools introduced on the site are also subject to these Terms. The latest version of the Terms will be posted here, and continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

1. Online Store Terms

  • Your content (excluding credit card details) may be transferred unencrypted across networks or adapted for compatibility with technical requirements. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.
  • You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit the Services or any part thereof without express written permission.
  • Section headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation.

3. Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness

  • We do not guarantee that the information on this site is always accurate, complete, or current. Any reliance is at your own risk.
  • Historical information is for reference and may not be current. We may modify site content at any time but are not obliged to update information. It is your responsibility to check for changes.

4. Modifications to Service and Prices

  • Product/service prices may change without notice.
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services or site content at any time.
  • We are not liable to users or third parties for modifications, price changes, or service interruptions.

  • Some products/services may be available online only, in limited quantities, and are subject to our Returns Policy.
  • Cloud hosting is unlimited but limits apply: 1GB per SQL database, 10GB per email mailbox.
  • We strive for accurate site images and color representation but do not guarantee monitor accuracy.
  • Sales may be limited by person, region, or jurisdiction.
  • All products, descriptions, and prices may change at any time.
  • We do not guarantee that products or services will meet expectations or that errors in the Service will be corrected.

6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including those placed under the same account, card, or address.
  • Customers must provide accurate and current billing/account information and update it as necessary.

7. Optional Tools

  • We may provide access to third-party tools "as is" and without warranties.
  • You use any optional third-party tools at your own risk and discretion.
  • Future site features or new services will be subject to these Terms.

  • TruvoCloud and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or content, even if advised of the possibility.
  • In certain jurisdictions where exclusions/limitations of liability are not allowed, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

  • All hosting plans are intended for live website content only. Use of server space for personal storage, archives, or backups is strictly prohibited.
  • Breaching the AUP may result in service suspension or termination without notice.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TruvoCloud and affiliates from any claims or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or any rights of others.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it shall be severed without affecting the validity of the rest.

16. Termination

  • These Terms remain effective until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate at any time by discontinuing use.
  • We may terminate your access without notice for failure to comply with these Terms, and outstanding payments remain due.

17. Entire Agreement

  • These Terms and any posted policies represent the entire agreement between you and TruvoCloud and supersede previous agreements.
  • Any ambiguities shall not be interpreted against the drafting party.

18. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of Ernakulam, Kerala, India.

19. Changes to Terms

  • The most current version will always be available on this page.
  • We may update these Terms at our discretion. Continued website use after changes means acceptance.

21. Account Termination for Overdue Payments

  • Accounts overdue by more than 30 days may be terminated without prior notice.
  • Data is retained for up to 30 days after expiry, after which it is permanently deleted. Timely renewal is solely the client's responsibility.

22. TruvoCloud Unlimited Plan Resource Limits

  • Unlimited hosting clients may create unlimited databases and emails, subject to:
    • Max email mailbox size: 10GB
    • Max individual database size: 1GB
  • Clients must monitor usage to remain within limits. Exceeding limits may result in restrictions or reduced performance.
